The Design Briefing
At the beginning of the creative process, your design guru will guide you through a design briefing. You will be asked questions about your business, your company's image and target market and any design, style or colour concepts you might already have or wish to use.
The design briefing gives your design guru a starting point from which to base the initial creative concept on.
Initial Design Concept
Based on the information you provide in the Design Briefing, your design guru will create an initial design concept for your web site and send it back to you for review. At this stage you will need to confirm whether you are happy with the design, page layout, menu options and colours.
You can request any changes you would like at this stage and the revisions will be made before the next phase 'production' commences*. If you are happy with the design concept, webbi will ask you to sign an approval form to start production.
Production
Its time to build your web site! What you need to do now is provide us with everything we need to build your web site. This includes your company logo, any photos you specifically wish to use (unlike other web development companies we provide free stock art photography as part of our service) and all the text you wish to display on your website. If you don't wish to write the text yourself, you can use our copywriting service. In this case, one of our copywriters will contact you to talk about what you would like written about your company.
When providing your information, keep the following in mind; you must supply the text in an electronic format as we will copy and paste it into your web site. You are responsible for the spelling, grammar and accuracy of your own text as we will take it directly from the format you provide. You must supply logos, pictures and text in one submission. Only once all this information has been supplied can we commence work on production.
Test and Go Live!
Woohoo! Your web site is almost ready to go live. Once production has been completed, we will load your web site in a private directory for you to review before it goes live.
If you are happy with the web site, webbi will ask you to sign an approval form to activate your web site. Ta da! Your web site is now up and live on the Internet and you can start impressing all your pals with your cool new site.
